If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
Launch Path Creative grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for lawful purposes. You agree that you will not use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.
Scope of Services: Launch Path Creative provides professional web design, development, and maintenance services as agreed upon in writing with each client.
Design and Development: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the design and functionality of your website.
Timeline and Revisions: Included revisions are specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions will be billed separately.
Payment: Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Maintenance Plans: Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for design work once work has commenced.
You agree to provide all necessary content and ensure all content does not infringe on any copyrights or intellectual property rights.
Your Content: You retain all rights to your business name, logos, and content you provide.
Our Work: Launch Path Creative retains ownership of all design elements and code produced. Upon payment, you receive a license to use the website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Path Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding twelve months.
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with written notice. For ongoing maintenance contracts, 30 days written notice is required.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
